Terms and Conditions
- Dotimaging accepts no responsibility for colour variation unless a digital proof was supplied by Dotimaging. Hard copies supplied by client are used as a guide but not guaranteed to be colour matched.
- As print runs are generally ganged up, print colours may vary from reprint to reprint, from stock to stock and from job to job.
- Dotimaging does not accept responsibility for any jobs that may be delayed.
- Trimming may vary 1-2 millimetres.
- If artwork for printing is not supplied to our standard specifications and size, including bleed, a minimum additional surcharge will be applicable of $44(GST inclusive) You will be asked to either resubmit your artwork or authorise the additional charges.
- Dotimaging accepts electronic artwork from Windows and Mac Os applications, which must be in line with Dotimaging file specifications(See Technical Help).
- File correction or conversion will be charged at $80 per hour ($40 minimum). You will be asked to either resubmit your artwork or authorise the additional charges. Please note that Microsoft Office Documents are not suitable for 4 Colour Process printing, artwork submitted in MS-Word, MS-Publisher or MS-Powerpoint will incur conversion costs to make them print ready. See Technical Help documentation for specifications.
- Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, Dotimaging accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready.
- Print ready artwork must be created in accordance with Dotimagings directions (See Technical Help).

Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard - No charge.
American Express - A service fee of 2% of billing amount will be charged.

Funds can be transferred via internet or banked into Dotimagings account.
