All steps will be taken to record all corrections made by members in these circumstances, and place them with the member details, but there is no guarantee that the original record will be erased.

Complaints about alleged breaches of privacy can be made to the Federal Privacy Commissioner. The Commissioner can conciliate &, if necessary, make determinations about complaints. However the Commissioner will not investigate, unless the complainant has first complained formally to Dotimaging directly.

Security of Information
Dotimaging has invested in the best known security technologies available at the time of development. Listed are the technologies employed in our web service for your security:
- 128Bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer
- Shared SSL Certificate through HTTPS connection
- Windows 2003 secured folders
- separation of data flows to inhibit the usefulness of interception
- SecureCCProc1.1 from webmarketer.com.au for Credit Card Transactions
The nature of information technology means that these measures can not be guaranteed as new technologies emerge that may expose vulnerabilities in data systems. Dotimaging is commited to keeping up wth technologies as they emerge and as such are well positioned to maintain a high standard of data security. Our information technology systems are subject to a Risk Analysis every 12 Months to identify any lapse in security or procedures. Our Server logs are monitored weekly to identify potential threats.
Our systems are protected by AVG Antivirus and Firewall by Grisoft, and systems are configured to update with all security features as they are released by Microsoft and Grisoft.
